All orders are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not accept any online payments.
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and estimated delivery time.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay the total order amount upon delivery.

All prices are displayed in your local currency and include taxes where applicable.
Payment will be collected upon delivery of the product, and only cash is accepted as a payment method. Please ensure that the exact amount is available, as our delivery team may not carry change.
We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within the time frame provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other circumstances.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment option, and the order will only be processed and dispatched once your details have been confirmed.
The delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during checkout before confirming the order.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled.

5. Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement, subject to the availability of stock.
