Return and Refund Policy
At Drew Digitals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns or issue a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
2. How to Return a Product

- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Once we have received your request and verified the issue, we will guide you through the return process.
- If the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be processed in cash. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
- The refund will be provided for the purchase price of the product only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or altered in any way.
- Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or discounted sale are also non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before the product is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed for dispatch, we will cancel it and inform you accordingly.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, depending on the availability of stock.
- Any issues reported after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.
