1. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. This may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical issues.

We will notify you via email or SMS with the estimated delivery date and time window after you place your order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders, regardless of the order size.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), the total order amount, including any applicable taxes or delivery charges (if any), will be due at the time of delivery.

3. Order Confirmation and Processing

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS with the details of your purchase.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, your order will be shipped out and you will receive a notification with tracking information (if applicable).

Please note, we only process orders during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within country or region. We are not offering international shipping at this time.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • If there are any shipping restrictions for your area, we will inform you at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All payments will be made at the time of delivery. We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for payment.
  • 6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
  • In case of delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery date.
  • If you miss the delivery, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If multiple delivery attempts fail, your order may be canceled.

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or delivery updates through email or SMS. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment with our delivery partner.

8. Changes to Shipping Information

  • If you need to update your shipping address or other delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to your order.
